Low friction linings improve material flow in chutes, hoppers, feeders and other equipment. They also reduce unwanted material build up on surfaces such as screen side plate liners and modular system side bars.
SCS supplies and installs polyethylene sheets for low friction linings. They come in various grades, with the most common being Virgin (White) and Regen (Green or Black). Thicknesses range from 6mm to 50mm. SCS provides suitable solutions based on the thickness and installation constraints.
A key factor for successful low friction lining is proper installation. Incorrect installation can reduce performance and create new issues. Therefore, SCS strongly recommends that their skilled fitters carry out the installation.
