Snapdeck screening systems are more commonly used in the US market; however, their adoption is increasing in the UK. These systems have been successfully installed on Weir and McLanahan dewatering screens, which are themselves becoming more widely used across the UK aggregates and processing sectors. The Snapdeck modular system is a unitised screening solution designed to deliver efficient installation, durability and consistent screening performance. Its modular design allows for easy replacement of individual panels, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
Standard Snapdeck modules typically measure 305 mm wide x 610 mm long x 40 mm thick. A range of module variants is available, each engineered to perform specific screening or dewatering functions depending on application requirements.
Snapdeck modules are knocked down onto polyurethane support profiles, which are bolted directly to the screen cross members. Once installed, the interlocking modules form a flat, continuous screening deck that promotes uniform material flow, improved efficiency, and long service life.
