Polyurethane tensionable screen mats offer a quick, cost effective way to use polyurethane screen media. They eliminate the need to convert an existing screen to a modular system. These mats are manufactured to order and can be tailored to suit any screen that has been set up for tensionable screen media.
They can directly replace woven wire screens or rubber screen cloths while utilising the same fixings. The mats are tensioned over camber bars fitted with capping rubber and secured using standard tensioning clamps.
As polyurethane tensionable mats are moulded, their thickness varies depending on aperture size and mould design. Most mats range from 16 to 30mm in thickness. Aperture sizes can be moulded from as small as 1.5mm up to 80mm, providing flexibility for a wide range of screening applications.
