Spray Bars are engineered to deliver consistent, even spray distribution for reliable washing performance. Built for durability, they provide long lasting operation and a cost effective solution across a wide range of washing applications. Available in three sizes 1¼”, 1½”, and 2”, SCS spray bars can be configured with end caps or valves and offered with multiple spray spacing options to meet your specific requirements.
The SCS polyurethane spray bar covers are manufactured to fit a wide range of spray bar diameters. They are cut to custom lengths to suit the application. The spray bar covers are especially beneficial on lower screen decks, where falling material from above can damage exposed spray bars.
We offer a wide range of spray nozzles, including the most common fan tail spray nozzle. This spray nozzle design is available in 5mm, 7mm, 9mm, and 11.5mm apertures. Free flow nozzles are specially developed to reduce the risk of blockages. Furthermore this makes them ideal for applications involving recycled water or wharf operations.
This innovative free flow nozzle features a unique ‘cross’ spray pattern and a flexible opening that can temporarily expand to clear potential blockages. It is particularly effective in demanding environments where water quality or high usage might otherwise compromise performance.
