Polystep modular system is mounted to a screen frame using a beaded metal profile, SCS stocks this profile in up to 6.1m long lengths, this can be cut down to suit and have bracketry welded to it as required. At the feed end of every Polystep installation a starter channel is required for the first module to be installed into, there are two different sizes of starter channel depending on the type of Polystep module that is being used, SCS can supply both types of this starter channel. Most installation of Polystep have side liners that bolt to the side plates of the screen and can be made from steel backed rubber or polyurethane and are normally 120mm or 185mm high.
