Bivitec & Spaleck Flip Flow Mats

Bivitec and Spaleck flip flow mats are very similar to normal flip flow mats and used to screen difficult materials that on conventional screens peg and/or blind. These types of mats have moulded profiles along the long edge of the mats which fit into channel profiles that are fastened to the cross members of the screen and then held in place by a rubber wedging strip that is hammer down between them.  The flip flow movement is induced normally by having one fixed cross member that a moving cross member the movement is created by the motion of the screen. This means at any given time alternating flip flow mats are flat or dished or transitioning from one state to another.

Bivitec and Spaleck flip flow mats are made from a flat sheet of polyurethane which has a moulded profile along two side which is then punched with a desired aperture.  These mats do are typically 328mm wide and the length is determined by the width of the screen common lengths are 1910mm and 2710mm. SCS stocks blank Bivitec mats in 3mm, 4mm, 5mm and 7mm thick, Spaleck mats and other thickness can be made to order.
